  • Studio Rebooking Policies

    1. Appointments made the day before are not eligible for rebooking.
    2. Rebooking can be done within the 3 days prior to the original date of appointment; this can only be done once.

  • Studio Cancellation Policies

    1. Appointments made the day before are not eligible for refund.
    2. No-shows on the actual date of appointment are not eligible for refund.
    3. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the date of appointment; these are eligible for a 50% refund. If this is not possible, we encourage you to rebook or to coordinate the transfer of your slot to someone else.
