Studio Rebooking Policies

• Appointments made the day before are not eligible for rebooking.
• Rebooking can be done within the 3 days prior to the original date of appointment; this can only be done once.

Studio Cancellation Policies

• Appointments made the day before are not eligible for refund.
• No-shows on the actual date of appointment are not eligible for refund.
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to the date of appointment; these are eligible for a 50% refund. If this is not possible, we encourage you to rebook or to coordinate the transfer of your slot to someone else.
